I got scammed by someone on here don't trust this site

Brought phone scammer found another brought that phone SCAMMER ? What’s this country all about ,every ones trying to get in your pocket ? I am finished buying..

Ok sight but I got constant messages from a buyer because the item turned up broken which was a handling issue.
They froze my account saying the item wasn’t as described which is completely wrong as I described the item from the box. I did get my postage back eventually but it’s a lot of back and forth to shpock.

Too many scammers on there They have tried it with me many times now I have now come off shpock

It occasionally takes Shpock a while to intervene in some cases which is understandable. However as a long term seller I am pleased that they are fair and can challenge unfair trading.

Originally I tried to purchase something but I think I found out why - I had not verified my account properly so hopefully now its all sorted and it will prove to be a better alternative to the failure that is ebay.

Very good and efficient at responding and had no trouble getting my money back I just got abit mixed up with the help category’s didn’t know which one to choose for the different questions I had ,but they did still get back to me either way .

very positive first time experience of using Shpock . I located a specialist product here and the process went really well , the seller Magda B was a pleasure to deal with and i had the product very speedily .

Unfortunately I cannot get on it at the moment, I have requested a new password but nothing forthcoming at the moment.
